General terms and conditions

1. Definitions

• Gordana: the software platform available at gordana.app.
• Customer: the business or self-employed person that takes out a subscription to Gordana.
• User: any team member who has access to Gordana on behalf of the Customer.

2. Use of the service

Gordana grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for internal business purposes. It is not permitted to copy, reverse-engineer or resell the software, or to use it for purposes outside the Customer's business operations.

3. Subscription and payment

Gordana applies a fixed monthly subscription fee that covers all features. The price is agreed in advance. Payment is made monthly in advance. In the event of non-payment, access may be suspended until the arrears have been paid.

4. Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled on a monthly basis. Cancellation must be made in writing via melihozcan2002@gmail.com with a notice period of one calendar month. After cancellation, all data is deleted within 30 days.

5. Availability

Gordana aims for an availability of at least 99% per month. Planned maintenance is announced in good time. Gordana is not liable for temporary interruptions beyond its control.

6. Liability

Gordana's liability is limited to the amount the Customer has paid in the preceding three months. Gordana is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of turnover.

7. Data protection

Gordana processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR; in Dutch: Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming, AVG). See our privacy policy for more information.

8. Governing law

Belgian law applies to these terms and conditions. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Belgium.

9. Changes

Gordana reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Customers are informed by email at least 30 days in advance of material changes.
