1. Who we are

Gordana is a software platform for curtain shops and window-covering specialists, developed and operated from Belgium. For questions about this privacy policy, you can contact us at melihozcan2002@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: name, email address and company name upon registration.
• Customer data: name, address, email address and telephone number of your own customers that you enter into Gordana.
• Usage data: technical log data such as IP address, browser type and page visits, for security and debugging.

3. What we use your data for

• Providing and improving the Gordana service.
• Sending transactional emails (quotes, confirmations).
• Providing support with questions and problems.
• Invoicing and account management.

We never sell your data to third parties and do not use it for advertising.

4. Retention period

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

5. Security

All connections run over HTTPS. Your data is stored in secure data centres in Europe. We follow the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR; in Dutch: AVG). Your company data is accessible only to your own team members.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your personal data. To do so, send an email to melihozcan2002@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Gordana uses only functional cookies that are necessary for the application to function (authentication, session). No tracking or advertising cookies are placed.

8. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. In the event of significant changes, we will inform you by email. The date at the top of this document indicates when it was last updated.
