Yes. Every screen, menu and setting of the app is available in English, Dutch and Turkish, and each team member chooses their own language. What your customers receive is a different matter: the quote PDF and the page where a customer accepts a quote online are currently in Dutch. The emails to your customers are templates you write yourself, so those can be in any language.
Yes. Gordana is built for curtain shops in Belgium and the Netherlands. Address lookup covers both countries, Belgian and Dutch phone numbers are recognised, and 21% VAT is set by default. Quotes, fabrics, planning and customer management work the same in both countries. Only the optional invoicing module follows Belgian rules, including e-invoicing via Peppol.

Gordana is built for use on a laptop or desktop. It also works well on a tablet, but phone screens are too small to work with comfortably. It is designed as a workstation in the shop or office.
Your data is stored in secure data centres in Europe. All connections are encrypted and we follow the GDPR. Your business data is only accessible to your own team.
Yes, Gordana is very flexible. You can set up your own curtain types with their own fullness ratios, pricing rules and fields. Workflow statuses, email templates and the PDF styling can all be adjusted to suit you.
